About Us

Katherine Heatherly is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. Katherine is a West Virginia native and currently resides in Elkins, West Virginia.  She received her undergraduate degree in Music Therapy from Baldwin Wallace University near Cleveland, Ohio. She then pursued her Masters in Community Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University in Colorado. Katherine has experience working as a Clinical Music Therapist and as a School Counselor at an elementary school. She has also had the opportunity to work in various settings, including community-based, school-based, in-home, and in hospitals. She has worked with diverse communities and has a wealth of experience supporting individuals encountering anxiety, addiction and recovery, depression, ADHD, trauma, and others. Katherine looks forward to empowering individuals and families to "Kindle Hope" in their lives.
